Seasonal Commis Chef - Woburn Golf Club

This seasonal position would suit an individual studying towards NVQ
qualifications. The kitchen brigade at Woburn Golf Club is a small team
which will allow you to gain experience in many different aspects of
food preparation.

Cellar Operative - Woburn Golf Club
This active new role has responsibility for receipt of deliveries and replenishing stock in the club house bar and in the on-course facilities.
Commis Chef - Woburn Golf Club
This permanent position within the small kitchen brigade at Woburn Golf
Club will allow experience in all aspects of catering provision,
including Carvery, function catering and buffet service.
Applicants must have at least one years catering experience and NVQ 1 / City & Guilds 706
Assistant Greenkeeper - Woburn Golf Club
Minimum 2 years greenkeeping experience required for this position, with NVQ level 2 or equivalent being an advantage. The job role is to maintain course condition and playability through carrying out routine golf course maintenance tasks, to include grass cutting, ride on machinery, bunker preparation, aeration, drainage and irrigation.
Head Keeper - Woburn Safari Park
Experienced candidates are invited to apply for the vacant position of
Head Keeper within Woburn Safari Park. This is a senior post reporting
to the Head of the Animal Management and Conservation, responsible for
the day to day line management of up to 6o staff as well as standards
of animal care across the 350 acre site.
Woburn Safari Park's animal department is committed to conservation,
animal welfare and our guest’s experience, potential candidates must
share these commitments. Successful applicants will be expected to have
relevant qualifications and / or experience, with a minimum of six
years working within an animal facility, preferably in a line
management position. Woburn offers a competitive package including the
possibility of housing dependent upon qualifications and experience.
Admin Assistant (Base Office) - Woburn Safari Park
This varied role has responsibility for general administration at Base Office and includes cashing up and supervision of gate staff. Excellent customer service and admin skills are a must. Please note that the shifts include weekend working.
Seasonal Safari Services Assistant (contract ends 2.11.08) - Woburn Safari Park
This position is 5 days a week, including weekend working. The position involves driving and applicants should have been in possession of a full driving license for 12 months. The role includes giving guided tours of the park, for groups of up to 50 people. Applicants should also be confident with animal interaction. The closing date for applications is 30.4.08

Room Attendant - The Inn at Woburn
The Inn at Woburn has 50 splendid bedrooms with delightful interiors designed to complement the hotel’s character and individual setting. There are also seven charming cottages. This position, as part of the Housekeeping Department, will maintain the high standard of cleanliness required.

Two Supervisory opportunities have arisen within the Kitchen Brigade of ‘Olivier’s’ at The Inn at Woburn. This two Rosette restaurant operates to a very high standard and applicants will have previous experience within similar roles.
Housemaid - Woburn Abbey
A live in housemaid is required to join the friendly Household team at Woburn Abbey. Experience in a similar position is preferred but training will be given.
